Took my daughter's car in due to a recall and ongoing issue. Because prior repairs had been done at another dealership they acted as if they didn't want to help. Service manager is hateful. I took my Hyundai in because of a service engine light! They were very thorough in determining the reason (which was a challenge!!). Turns out they are ordering a part to repair the problem!! In the meantime I am still able to drive the vehicle safely!! More
They would never get back with me in a timely matter or they would not answer the phone for over 20 min on hold and disconnected me .. they had my car for over a week and 5 days and never would they call m they would not answer the phone for over 20 min on hold and disconnected me .. they had my car for over a week and 5 days and never would they call me with an update .. I would have to always reach out to them very bad customer service .. then they stated my parts where under warranty.. just only one was.. had to take my car in 3 times wasn’t happy at all More
