I have had a positive experience at this dealership and with this service department in the past, but on 6/25 I had a negative service experience. I waited more than 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, I did not receive updates, and my multi-point inspection stated that everything on the vehicle passed when I know there were issues (ie. the windshield wipers should have failed). I do not have the confidence or piece of mind that my vehicle was properly inspected. More

The service department for warranty work is the absolute worst. I will never buy a care from this dealer again because of it! I was told I’d receive a phone call when a part came in for my warranty work. I worst. I will never buy a care from this dealer again because of it! I called 3 more times and finally got some help from a young man named Daniel. Then while working on my car the mechanic broke another piece of my car. I finally just went and picked up my car after over a week of waiting for the part that still wasn’t in. They said they would call when it came in. 2 months later and still no call. This place is a joke and I’m very disappointed!!! More
