Really? i just bought a $45,000 car from you, your going to take it back for a few days???????really> I am a lil angry to say the least. surely you have a better plan than keeping my only car for a few days while yall run tests. Originally I wrote a steller review when I received the Kia. I paid to have it transported but since I have had to fight, complain to get everything that was promised, car mats, the registration. I paid the lease off early only to find out from KIAMFUSA that the dealer had lost the title. I just received the title two months later and I had to send to TXDMV for transfer for another 2-3 weeks. I thought this small town dealer would take care of things. I don't believe that they are dishonest just poor administrative management. They are inept. More
This dealership lists vehicles for sale on their website and cars.com that they have no intention of selling. I was interested in 3-4 decent vehicles listed for sale that were $7,000 or less. Some were new and cars.com that they have no intention of selling. I was interested in 3-4 decent vehicles listed for sale that were $7,000 or less. Some were new listings, added within the last 24 hours, and some had been listed for at least a week. When I went to the dealership and asked if I could see them, I was told 3 of them were junk vehicles and were being sold in an auction, one the other had been sold. The cheapest vehicles they had that were decent were actually $11,000 and higher. The salesman told me the cheaper vehicles they list online don’t actually reflect the vehicles they have for sale. I’ll give him credit for being honest with me in person, but I didn’t appreciate the sales tactic to get people in the door by advertising the $7,000 and less vehicles. More
