Have been taking my vehicle there since I purchased two new vehicles from y’all. This was the worst customer service I have received to date and will no longer have cars serviced here. I dropped my vehicle new vehicles from y’all. This was the worst customer service I have received to date and will no longer have cars serviced here. I dropped my vehicle off this morning and a rude gentleman was checking my car in. I asked that they park my vehicle away from other cars as they have done for years. A simple sure we will take care of that would have been great but instead he was rude about it and stated there was nowhere to park it even though half the lot was empty. I called my advisor after leaving attempted to ask the same but was treated the same. She finally said she would try. I get there to pick up my vehicle to find it right between two other cars. Small request but given the shop damaged both of my vehicles previously I think it’s a small ask. Was unhappy with overall experience and if a small insignificant task cannot be done it leaves me to wonder. Dave is a great service manager but employees need some work when it comes to service. Very disappointing experience with GM Toyota Lubbock. There’s no proper communication between the manager and agents and I guess they really do care for you if you have a high amount of money to purchase There’s no proper communication between the manager and agents and I guess they really do care for you if you have a high amount of money to purchase a car if not then they really don’t care. Great at intake but slow at pickup time. I waited several minutes at checkout desk. No one came to assist me. I had to seek out someone to help me.
