Without an appointment, I stopped by to ask a question about routine maintenance. I was greeted patiently and had my questions answered and … they were able take care of a a recall … all without an appo about routine maintenance. I feel like the people I dealt with were not honest with me. Refused to deliver vehicle, even after I offered to pay for it. Didn’t want to complete the recommended repairs/service even after I offered to me. Refused to deliver vehicle, even after I offered to pay for it. Didn’t want to complete the recommended repairs/service even after I offered to pay for it. They had an unbelievable explanation for denying every request I made. They even told me they don’t really detail/wash high mileage vehicles to sell. So yeah…. I bought a car with the previous owner’s trash in it. Not a great experience, I recommend avoiding this dealership. More

I had a 60 point inspection and new battery but I still had low tire pressure indicator. He said after I drive it it would go off but it didn’t.
