I took my Tacoma into another shop to get the ac fixed. They replaced broken parts but the AC still didn’t stay on. So I took it to Group-1: they ordered the same parts and said the problem was because the They replaced broken parts but the AC still didn’t stay on. So I took it to Group-1: they ordered the same parts and said the problem was because the other parts weren’t OEM. I was so xxxxxx. I was planning to sue the first shop. But when Toyota went in to replace the brand new aftermarket parts they found that the wires to the AC condenser were damaged. They spent the time repairing the wires, didn’t replace the part like they had planned, and saved me money. They fixed the problem the other shop failed to fix. They were honest. They saved me money. I took the car in for recall work, and it was not starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again. They made no effort to make it right except for m starting. They said battery was fine. I leave dealership and two hours later, it won’t start again.
