We waited 8 hours for our car to be serviced. Called multiple times before arriving at the dealership with no one answering the phone. Arrived and the car was never in the shop. Finally, the car Called multiple times before arriving at the dealership with no one answering the phone. Arrived and the car was never in the shop. Finally, the car was serviced and they found over $5,000 worth of repairs that were needed including the item we asked them to fix but had to reschedule because they didn’t know when they could get it fixed but definitely not today. Overall, not impressed with their service department as this has happened multiple times before. More
