Arrived for an 9 o’clock appointment was immediately lead in the Service Bay. They took down my information and I told him I would wait for service to be completed in the customer waiting area. The representative told me it would be about one hour.. When the representative came to get me to tell me, my car was ready only 40 minutes at elapsed. My 24 month inspection was completed. I gave me an oil change tire rotation and sent me on my way. Whenever I need something done to my car. I will be back to Gene Messer Service dept.Thanks & Have a happy day. More

My over all experience was fine, but they were not prompt when my car was done. It was pulled in and then moved up front to let other cars out. I was never alerted my car was finished. I waited 30 more minutes not realizing my car was moved up front and waiting for me. The automated notice of completion could at least be updated if their service staff are “busy” most of them were sitting at their desks, on their cell phones or even online shopping on their work computers.
