Toyota of Lubbock is a great dealership and has a wonderful service department. It show transparency from the moment you arrive from your advisor to the technician and the video they take to the way wonderful service department. Drove up with my appointment and was greeted with a smile. I was informed on where I could wait, and given instructions. I was able to either buy coffee, or opt for the ones offered for free.
