We were told the dealership would not release our totaled car to insurance without our signature while we were out of town. Came to Gene Messer on the day we said we would and they HAD released the car witho car to insurance without our signature while we were out of town. Came to Gene Messer on the day we said we would and they HAD released the car without our signature and without an opportunity to remove personal belongings. Now we are in tow truck/insurance xxxx trying to get our stuff back. More

Got the service done in the time that was suggested but I had to be the one to ask if the $500 camera re-calibration was under the platinum Toyota care warranty and was told it wasn’t because the tech said “ had to be the one to ask if the $500 camera re-calibration was under the platinum Toyota care warranty and was told it wasn’t because the tech said “customer pay” instead of having it explained that the warranty only covered replacement of parts. ChatGPT had to do Toyota’s job for them. More
