Super easy to book appointment online and the service providers where super professional and kind. Was able to get in and out, I defiantly recommend going on a Monday when it is less busy. Went to have my vehicle serviced. Four people sat at their stations avoiding eye contact with me while one guy checked in a vehicle ahead of me. Ten minutes later, another vehicle arrived and a service worker approached her immediately. My vehicle was promised in 1 1/2 to 2 hours once the recall was finished but actually took 4 hours after I sent two texts for updates with no response and then a phone call. They did provide an uber for me which was nice, and they also honored my coupon. More
