Adam was amazing , answered all of my questions and gave me even more info on my car which I had just bought from Carmax..Adam was kind, polite , attentive and a great customer care person. As a senior, he treated me like a real person, and understood all of my questions. Absolutely great customer service. I had a bad experience with GM service dept in 2001 and never went back for 24 years. Adam changed all that with his professionalism and kind treatment....Good Job and I thank u, moira holland ..only complaint is to remind seniors of a possible coupon online!!! every bit helps!! More
