Extremely helpful Service Department I drove my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Ct to Alaska to give to my son who is stationed in Eielson AFB. After putting 5000 miles on the vehicle, I decided I drove my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Ct to Alaska to give to my son who is stationed in Eielson AFB. After putting 5000 miles on the vehicle, I decided to have the oil changed before turning the vehicle over to him. The staff was very friendly, professional, and quickly serviced the vehicle. However, they went out of their way to give us hint's on what to see while in Alaska. Advice on how to get the vehicle registered in my son's name, where to go and what to do. Considering I didn't buy the vehicle at that dealership, they went out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer. I want to give a heart felt thanks to all the members of the service staff. Another lady in Service I'm guessing maybe a lead helped as well. My truck was done unusually fast as they knew I was from out of town. When I returned my Service Writer was in a meeting however I was immediately and courteously helped by another Service Writer. More
