A few weeks after I had the car he called to make sure everything was going well and also called on my birthdays to make sure I was still breathing. He introduced me to Steve Witinko who took care of what became my "Happy Ride". The only thing that I'm sorry about is not having a Fiat sooner. Loved the "Studio", the staff and the CAR. Everyone that I dealt with that day was fantastic, super friendly and knowledgeable. I returned to this dealer with my then boyfriends FIAT 500 Abarth. I was concerned about the tires, so I called ahead and Steve in the service dept. waited after closing for me to get there. He addressed all my concerns, and I was so impressed that he went out of his way to help me when the car wasn't even purchased here. Today, I went there to lease the first new car I have had in nearly 10 years. I went in there with bruised credit, but they were able to help me out. I leased a 2015 FIAT 500 Sport, and I am thrilled. Both the salesperson Joe, and the parts/service manager Steve remembered me from prior visits in 2012 ans 2013! I can't say enough great things about the folks who work here. More

Steve is a great guy to work with, always friendly and accommodating. Joe was a straight shooter as a salesperson, and he always stops to visit with me when I am there for service.
