I purchased my Fiat 500 used, from a private individual. However, when I bring my vehicle in for warranty covered service, Steve treats me as tho I purchased it from him. When we bought the Fiat 500 Pop, Joe Rios was awesome and very efficient, he is a very likable and knowledgable. He made sure all our questions were answered and demonstrated many of the Fiat controls and functions. We never had to wait foe assistance. When I walk in the dealership they automatically make me smile with their friendly greetings, acommendations, and efficeint service. I Love my Fiat and have the greatest time driving it. The service department is friendly and very efficient. Steve Witinko is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He lets you know what was done for the service, he is always smiling and he lets you know when the service will be done and checks to make sure your comfortable while you wait and it is a short wait. I enjoy bringing my car in and it doesn't feel like a chore because I know that they will make me smile and take good care of the car and the owner. Awesome! More

I took my brothers car there for him to get his regular service done as he was unable to. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful even though I was not the vehicle owner. I bought my Fiat 500 Sport way back in 2011. Through many visits to the dealership for maintenance and performance upgrades, I've never come close to having even an "average" experience. Internet Lead Sales Specialist Joe Rios, New Car Sales Specialist Doug Gamble and Service & Parts Lead Steve Witinko each took time to answer our questions. They worked together as a team pleased to share their knowledge. Doug spent 3 hours showing features, making cars available to drive and letting us to wander around looking at cars without bothering us. Steve took time to show my husband the service area and when we picked the car up he came into the Studio to again offer his assistance in the future. Joe returned my calls quickly, was clear with the details of the car and it's purchase. He had the car I wanted ready as promised, making it a very smooth experience. My husband also spoke with Rick Foley who was very helpful clarifying information. More
