He explained my options and the features that were available and even gave me an option to send photos of my trade-in and handle the application online. I told him what I didn’t want to do was spend hours and hours at a dealership only to leave unhappy and empty-handed. I ended up calling him the next day and asking to stop by. He not only made himself available for me, but he made sure that he had the car I preferred ready to drive and someone available to evaluate my trade-in. I was in and out in just a couple of hours including financing and setting my preferences up in the car.
