I had reviewed several luxury vehicles and all reviews - Tracy.sanford32

I had reviewed several luxury vehicles and all reviews came back to Genesis. I called the Kennesaw dealership went in Saturday morning and met with Carl. They were expecting me and Carl was fantastic. Not your normal pressure to buy a car just ease of pace, Carl paid more attention to what I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. My car was cleaned and detailed, pulled around to the front and then a great review of all the technology in the car was given to me. I can’t say enough good things about this dealership and the way I was treated. I plan to be a long time Customer.

I leased a GV80 from Aaron while living in Brooklyn, so - Aditya P.

I leased a GV80 from Aaron while living in Brooklyn, so the whole deal happened by email and phone. He was quick, straight with the numbers, and when taxes came in higher than expected he worked the rate down so my payment didn't change. The paperwork was clearly laid out, the overnight documents had a prepaid return, and he coordinated the handoff with my shipper so the car was detailed and ready for pickup. Thanks to Aaron and Jenna for making an out-of-state lease feel easy. Highly recommend asking for Aaron.

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 - Gabriel Liranzo

I visited Carvilla on March 6, 2026 to purchase a 2022 Rivian R1T Adventure Package (Stock #NN007505). The vehicle was advertised online at $46,700. However, when I received the buyer’s worksheet, the dealership added a $999 documentation fee on top of the advertised price. I asked if the fee could be removed or included in the advertised price, but the dealership declined. Under guidance from the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division, non-government fees such as dealer documentation fees are supposed to be included in the advertised vehicle price. Only government fees (tax, tag, title) should be added separately. Because of this, I filed a complaint with the **Georgia Office of the Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I even emailed the sales manager, Gustavo E Belzares, giving the dealership the opportunity to resolve the issue and complete the purchase by removing or adjusting the $999 fee, but I never received a response. I was genuinely ready to buy the truck that same day. Unfortunately, the pricing practice and lack of response prevented the deal from moving forward. I hope the dealership becomes more transparent about their advertised pricing so customers know the true cost before visiting.

Kept my car in service for 2 months and then blamed it on - mggeoffroy

Kept my car in service for 2 months and then blamed it on their hydrolic lift being broken. They offered me a free car wash for my troubles and refused to discount their services. As I drove it home, the newly hooked up screen starting glitching and I had to turn and give it to them for another week. Service people were rude, manager was no better. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED HERE.
