I recently bought a used car from this dealership, and during the test drive, I noticed the tire sensor light was on. When I asked about it, the salesman assured me he would have it checked in the service during the test drive, I noticed the tire sensor light was on. When I asked about it, the salesman assured me he would have it checked in the service department. He later told me the tire pressure was fine and that the sensor should turn off soon. Trusting his word, I proceeded with the purchase. The next day, when I returned to sign paperwork, he pulled the car around. I got in, started it, and saw the sensor was still on. Again, I asked if it could be a faulty sensor. He insisted no, saying I needed to drive at least 15 miles for it to reset. Well, it’s now been two weeks and nearly 80 miles later the sensor is still on. I understand it’s a used car, but what frustrates me most is the lack of response. You assured me you’d stay in touch during the first couple of weeks to make sure everything was fine. Yet when I texted about the issue, I got nothing. It’s clear this was just about closing the sale. I’m certain I wasn’t the first person to raise concerns about the sensor, but I was naïve enough to trust a salesperson. After spending 20 minutes to enter all my info. and attach pictures, all I got was texts from Saban Dawood to forward all the info again. This guy says he is a 20 year veteran. I then contacted the general manager, Frank Dickenson and got no reply and at the end of the day, no purchase or trade-in. It is time we hold these dealers accountable for such poor service. Obvious from my many car purchases, they do not hire the best staff, or their software is faulty etc. If you choose to work with them, hope it is a better experience than mine. More
