Hilal, my Direct Sales representative, was respectful, informed, and genuine in his delivery. I never felt pressured yet I was offered options that worked out to benefit us both. He was upfront, knowledgeable, and provided zero pressure just honest information to help me make the right decision. The car was in excellent condition, just like his process.
