This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I left with a brand new 2024 GV60 and love my car! I've probably been to at least 6 different dealerships in the past 12 months. Genesis of Atlanta is not like your typical car dealership. The customer service here from beginning to end was 5 stars. Taha who walked me through everything and answered a ton of my questions was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Usually when you want to test drive a car, they just hand you the keys and tell you to drive. It can be overwhelming with the EV cars. I appreciated that Taha drove the car first and showed me how all the features worked. Then he let me take the wheel. It was very considerate and thoughtful. They didn't have the car color I wanted so Taha even found the color I was looking for at a different dealership 6 hours away! They had the car delivered to Genesis of Atlanta within a week with no additional charge. Taha was very honest and up front about the price. He was readily available via text and quick to respond. I was even impressed by his attention to detail and memory. He recalled me stating I had kids and would probably want a darker interior so he made sure to only find cars that had black interior. It's just a breath of fresh air when you're not dealing with a stereotypical pushy car salesman. Instead, Taha was patient, humble, kind, informative, and it's apparent that he takes pride in what he does and the car brand he represents. When it finally came to the financing piece, I dealt with a different team member but he was just as great! There was a discrepancy in the final price due to a mistake on their part but the dealership still honored the best price which I really appreciated. As a customer, I've never been treated with this much respect at a car dealership. And not only was the customer service second to none, this is the fastest car buying experience I've ever had. I plan on buying future cars through Genesis of Atlanta and will definitely be recommending this dealership to friends and family who are looking for an EV car. More
