Dear Future Customers, I tried to work with the sales team on a remote trade-in and it was a horrible experience. I then contacted the general manager, Frank Dickenson and got no reply and at the end of the day, no purchase or trade-in. It is time we hold these dealers accountable for such poor service. Obvious from my many car purchases, they do not hire the best staff, or their software is faulty etc. If you choose to work with them, hope it is a better experience than mine. More
