I purchased a Genesis GV80 from Genesis of Atlanta and the experience was fantastic! My salesman was Macloskie Bokwe and I highly recommend him because of his deep knowledge of their cars. He was extremely patient and went through every feature the car had to offer (there are many). As a follow-up he met with me again to review accessing some features that I couldn't remember. What's the point of buying a car and not using all the features? I had been to four other Genesis dealers trying to buy this car (in New York, North Carolina, and Virginia), and none of them were as accommodating or made the buying experience pleasant like at Jim Ellis. I purchased my GV80 from Genesis of Gwinnett last year. But after scheduling service with them three times, with no phone calls or excuses, three times they never showed up. Finally, through a mutual friend, I reached Scott Johnson, the GM from Jim Ellis Genesis of Atlanta. He and his team took care of my routine maintenance in a polite and respectful manner! His service team of Quincy, Carlton and Antuan were outstanding. They communicated with me, showed up when expected and did a great job taking care of my vehicle.
