I had a really good experience with the sales dept. I worked with Cesare and he was extremely responsive to all my messages (mean time to respond was less than 2 mins). The dealership and lounge area were clean and well maintained. They have a large inventory - which helps a lot. Folks at the dealership were professional and ensured that the purchase process was speedy. In all, a got a way better deal than my local genesis dealership could get me. More

The sales experience was great but the service department is not. I dropped my car off on Monday for what should be an easy fix. It was either an alternator or battery. Went in for 30k miles service ~ great waiting area with one exception: snacks were comprised of a variety of chips/ loaded with unhealthy seed oils. I traded a Porsche for my Genesis.
