We purchased our Genesis G80 via the salesman, Charles Mensah, and it was a very pleasant experience. I went there to order a GV70, but once I saw the G80 in the showroom, I made an instant decision and Mensah, and it was a very pleasant experience. We had a pleasant enough experience when purchasing our vehicle at this dealership, but have not had the same customer service since then. Even trying to get my first oil change was difficult, and staff i vehicle at this dealership, but have not had the same customer service since then.
