I recently had the pleasure of visiting Keffer Genesis of Charlotte, and I have to commend the absolutely superb service I received from Bobby. He was incredibly personable and intuitive, making the experience feel tailored to me. What stood out most was that he didn't downplay the effort of my long drive; instead, he acknowledged it and went above and beyond to provide great service. ​Bobby demonstrated a clear understanding of the dealership's protocols, especially regarding the loaner vehicle, which made that process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and commitment to customer care were evident in every interaction.
