I drove all the way from Charleston, South Carolina, specifically for the service, and Bobby made the entire trip worthwhile. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive and ensured my needs were addressed in a timely manner. He was incredibly personable and intuitive, making the experience feel tailored to me. What stood out most was that he didn't downplay the effort of my long drive; instead, he acknowledged it and went above and beyond to provide great service. Bobby demonstrated a clear understanding of the dealership's protocols, especially regarding the loaner vehicle, which made that process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and commitment to customer care were evident in every interaction. If you're looking for exceptional service, especially if you're coming from out of town, I can't recommend Bobby at Keffer Genesis of Charlotte enough. He truly sets the standard for what a dealership experience should be. More
