Art helped us out a few years ago with a lease and we were so pleased we came back again and got TWO new veh received from my sales rep, Art Blenner. Art was so attentive to our needs, he quickly located the vehicles we wanted and made sure we had everything. And to go one step further...my father originally walked out with a new FX37 (he had just turned in his last one)and decided on the way home he wanted the M37 instead! Well, Art made it happen! No questions asked. He took back the FX and got him into the M and even gave him a loaner car for the few days it took to re-do all the paperwork. That's how concerned with the customer's happieness he is! I am from Long Island and my Dad is from Pennsylvania and we go out of our way to go to Salerno Duane. It's worth every mile!! More

I leased a 2010 Infiniti G37s hard top convertible at Salerno Duane Infiniti. During price negotiations I felt like this was a friendly, family kind of dealer. The people I have met throughout are warm Salerno Duane Infiniti. During price negotiations I felt like this was a friendly, family kind of dealer. The people I have met throughout are warm and welcoming. I have had some problems with the convertible, primarily squeaks and rattles. My primary service contact, Allie, is a sweetheart. Very responsive. Shows great empathy. And when she isn't available, Sue is wonderful, as well. While the squeaks remain unresolved (need to wait for the cold weather to kick back in), compromising my experience with a car I otherwise like, this dealership treats the customer right. While I believe in the Infiniti brand, one negative surprise has been the number of service intervals this car requires and the cost to service. As a long time Porsche owner (oil changes every 15,000 to 20,000 miles), the Infiniti interval of 3,000 to 4,000 is disruptive and arises much too fast. But, if I must go to a dealer too often, I'm glad to see my friends Allie and Sue at Salerno Duane. More
