My recall service was supposed to take 1:45-2 hrs. It was over 3 hours when I finally got my car. At the 1hr 45 min point, I was told I’d have the car in 15 min- it was getting washed. "I purchased my GV80 from this dealership, but the experience was disappointing. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a cracked front grill. I reported it to the manager, who took a photo of experience was disappointing. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I noticed a cracked front grill. I reported it to the manager, who took a photo of the VIN number and promised to order a replacement. However, after a week of waiting, I was told that the part was on backorder. I received the same excuse for three months, until I took matters into my own hands and contacted another dealership, which had the grill in stock. I had to escalate the issue to the head service manager to get it resolved. The poor service and lack of follow-through have left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be doing business with this dealership again." More
