My car was not there when I came to pick it up the manager didn't know were it was. I had a loaner car for the weekend. On bring the car back a truck kick up a rock in the windshield and cracked it. I manager didn't know were it was. I had a loaner car for the weekend. On bring the car back a truck kick up a rock in the windshield and cracked it. I reported it. I then was told that I needed to give them $1'000;in cash to have it replaced or my credit card.. The manager would not come out to talk to me. I have insurance USAA and my insurance company told me not to worry I have full glass coverage just submitte the claim. I did and they took care of it. Your manager still had a copy of my credit card which I was not pleased to leave. Your policy should be told to the person before hand not after something happens. More
