Jason Moran is great! He kept me posted during the entire service appointment and explained all the service work being done on my G90 and clearly explained what and why what service was needed, and just as important what was not. Jason also sent me a video of my car in the Genesis of Englewood service department with the service technician explaining all the work done and multipoint service checks. Wow! Exceptional!
