Poor quality control on service. Consultant was presented with multiple issues I have on the Genesis mobile app and said.'I really don't know the app' and made no effort to direct me Consultant was presented with multiple issues I have on the Genesis mobile app and said.'I really don't know the app' and made no effort to direct me to someone that was proficient with app operation and could fix my problem. Great car. A palace of a dealership with bathrooms that are king-worthy. The service and attention to even the most basic details is sorely lacking. I won't go back there. If Genesis wants to compete with BMW, Audi, Mercedes and the like they need to raise their game. I've had better service at the 5-minute oil change shop. More

Wife dropped off car and told them the issues. Service writer called me (because im owner) to inform they could not find a leak in one of my tires. So either you didnt look at it and chalked it up to my wife not knowing what she is talking about or you lied about looking at it at all. More
