From my experience your guys just try don’t check over the vehicle before sending them back to the customer. And this isn’t the first time this happened to me. I asked for them to see if I needed an alignment. Service manager marks down my request. I pick up car and he says the mechanic said I wasn’t in need of an alignment. Leave dealership and immediately noticed a vibration that was most noticeable over 70 miles per hour. Call to make an appointment. Well they cat get me in for 3 more weeks because they don’t have a loaner until then. Guess what for 3 weeks I had to drive slow and deal with this horrible vibration to learn it needed an alignment. Maybe your techs should start to do their jobs the first time. Just very frustrating More
