I stopped in to get some paperwork updated. Brian, who had never worked with me, took all the time needed and got me covered. Then walking out to my car, he noticed a screw in my tire. Peter in service was able to accommodate me in spite of being busy. I needed a replacement tire but because of mileage was able to get me a large discount from Michelin. I felt everyone went above and beyond, and certainly saved me future problems. I generally don’t praise dealerships, but thanks Genesis if Naples. More
