To be honest, my service visit was very poorly handled and I walked away with a low level of confidence doing business with Pepe in the future. For a synopsis, my vehicle was brought in on August 12th for and I walked away with a low level of confidence doing business with Pepe in the future. For a synopsis, my vehicle was brought in on August 12th for a diagnostic check. Alex who was my service manager explained the diagnostic would be completed and then I would be contacted with the results. Unfortunately Alex (who was absolutely wonderful) left for vacation for the next two weeks, and that’s where the ball was dropped. No one followed up so after a few days I called in. I was told I would receive a phone call later that day. There was no contact so I followed up the next day and received the same messaging. Again, no follow up call. After the third time of this happening, (around the 19th of Aug) I asked to stay on the phone to speak with a manager. The service manager came on the line, apologized and advised he would personally look into the matter and get back to me in 30 minutes. That also proved to be fruitless as no callback. I called every day from the 20th to the 24th, essentially receiving the runaround which grew to be more stressful and aggravating with each passing day. I called on 25th and Alex was back at work. After speaking with Alex the morning of the 25th, he gave me some direction and reached out with status updates until my vehicle was completed. Again, Alex was great so I do not want this to reflect poorly on him, but it was a travesty dealing with anyone else. My vehicle sat for 2 weeks for something as simple as a diagnostic check with no one bothering to update me and being untruthful with regards to following up. My customer service experience during this most recent visit was bad and I genuinely felt a lack of interest from anyone except Alex. More

No communication between departments. Get all "Promises" in writing; they will say they do not have any documents and then when the time comes pass the blame and liability. I don’t have any friends that have an Infinity So I have no recommendation to use your service department for a brand other than Infinity. This Dealership is worthy of the highest rating. I have been a loyal patron for 14 years.
