Very rude employee. Treated me like I was a bother I went to Scap to get a routine service which I knew how much should cost. After arriving I was treated well by the person who was helping me. But, wh I went to Scap to get a routine service which I knew how much should cost. After arriving I was treated well by the person who was helping me. But, while I knew I should be spending around $300 she told me it would be $900. I removed some of what I was planning on getting done and then left. Once i returned home I called and asked to speak to a manager about the price because the Scap website said it would be no more than $400. The manager stated I was wrong and disregarded everything I was saying. As I was emailing him the screenshot of the price breakdown online I was hung up on. After 10 minutes I got a call back telling me I was still wrong and he proceeded to tell me I was on the wrong website. He said I was on the Chrysler website not the Jeep one but had no answer to where I could find the Jeep website. I proceeded to go pick up my car and take it to another place where they said the whole job labor included would cost me $250. Overall Terrible experience and I will not be going back. More
