The approach taken was that of satisfying me as the customer and I greatly appreciated that. There was no hard sell, and I left the dealership with the feeling that I would recommend SCAP to my family and friends as well as coming back when either my wife or I was ready to make another purchase. On the day I picked up the car, Scott did the paperwork and that can be tedious however Scott made it a great experience. After the paperwork was completed Larry took over an hour to explain to me the many features of my car and that was greatly appreciated as well. As an avid sports guy, speaking with Rick was enjoyable as well as picking his brain and his vast experience in the industry as to which way I should go in terms of lease/buy, new/one year old and make and model. SCAP was the second dealership on my search of about 7 locations, but that's where the search ended. I've been to enough dealerships and dealt with enough sales managers and salesmen to know that Ray and Tony are real decent, honest and upfront people. I know it may be cliché but they honestly made me feel like family and I think their approach was truly sincere. There is no doubt, that for my next vehicle, SCAP, Tony, and Ray will be the only location and people I do some business with. Lastly, the deal I received from them was excellent and their approach was not the least bit aggressive or intimidating. That's something I can't say about the other dealership I dealt with.
