Tony and the dealership in general were very good to my wife and myself. We purchased two vehicles from Tony. After looking at other cars at different dealerships, The deciding factor was Tony and the staf wife and myself. We purchased two vehicles from Tony. I would HIGHLY recommend them they were very patient as we decided never pressuring us. After the sale Tony spent a great deal of time going over our vehicles with us even subsequent days after answering our questions syncing new phones etc.The whole dealership was very helpful from the managers to the service. They even let me look at my truck that came in inside out of the rain. Its the extra mile along with price that matters. More

I was not happy with this dealership, I fled Gengras Lincoln to see if the grass was greener and I was horribly wrong. The service manager Helder, wasn't very knowledgeable about my car seemed more inte Lincoln to see if the grass was greener and I was horribly wrong. The service manager Helder, wasn't very knowledgeable about my car seemed more interested in selling me services that were recently done at a mucher higher price. During my wait I sat in their waiting area where I was told I had access to WiFi to finish some office work. Was unable to use the WiFi due to a website block that blocked what seemed to be every website under the sun. The building wasn't very clean, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, the girl answering the phones was not very friendly. I packed up my suitcase and took my tablet to a McDonalds across the street and used their Free WiFi. Shortly after a phone call from Helder I returned to pick up my Lincoln, but not before they couldn't find my keys. While the search for my missing keys was in effect I had a chance to talk to a man claiming to be the General Manager, he was as unknowledgeable as my service advisor, yet he made me feel more uncomfortable then I already was. I have to question weather or not he was who he said he was because he may be certifiably insane. He rambled on about the building and the auto group it belongs for a few minutes and then disappeared after I was finale delivered my keys. So very displeased after my first visit I will continue to service my Lincolns at Gengras. More
Everyone at Crowley Ford in Plainville has been professional, helpful and courteous. We have purchased vehicles and had service provided there as well and have not had a bad experience to date. Unfortunately I do not recall the names of everyone I have dealt with, but will try to make note next visit. The staff has been professional and friendly, as well as concerned with our needs. The service department is very capable and provide services in a timely manner. We are planning on purchasing another vehicle within the next year, and do check online from time to time. The prices seem in keeping with the current market, not overpriced. When we are prepared to make the purchase it will be from Crowley Auto, as I feel their customer service is at minimum above average and they stand behind their vehicles. More
Went to the dealership with my husband as we were shopping for a new car and the Focus was at the top of my list. I was very excited to test drive one. We showed up at the dealership at about 5:30pm shopping for a new car and the Focus was at the top of my list. I was very excited to test drive one. We showed up at the dealership at about 5:30pm on a Thursday evening and not a single person said hello to us or asked us if we needed help. We stood around inside the dealership for about 15 minutes while different sales people sat in their offices or walked by us without a word. We took it upon ourselves to look around the lot at the different prices and specs of the different models and decided we'd try to see if any sales man would talk to us again. We stepped in the dealership again hoping maybe someone would realize we were willing to spend money on a car that day. Nope. Another 20 minutes of standing inside the dealership and not a single person cared to offer us any help. One sales man did eventually ask if we needed any help after a while and when we said yes, he walked into another room, came back 10 minutes later, and began talking to another employee without helping us! We walked away and I will never try to buy a car there again! More
the reason i give crowley ford in plainville a bad review is because they have lied to me twice now about appointments and when i questioned customer service as to why i haven't recieved service they were ru is because they have lied to me twice now about appointments and when i questioned customer service as to why i haven't recieved service they were rude, and quick judge me as melicious.? heres what happened in detai: i recieved a notice from ford about a recall on 2004 f-150 ford trucks saying a wireharness needs to be changed out because a defective one in the truck can cause the airbag to deploy while driving. I recieved the notice mid may. I called crowley ford in plainville because they are the closest to me in thomaston. they scheduled me for an appointtment for a week later 5/20/2011.the night before the appointment crowley customer svc called me and explained that they have run out of parts for this recall and are waiting for the next order of parts to come in and assured me i was at the top of the waiting list and that they will have me in ASAP. over a week goes bye and i had yet to recieve a call from crowley so i called them, after some confusion on thier end they explain to me that they had no idea i was waitng for parts, or that they suppose to call me to reschedule my appointment. So a new appointment was scheduled for 6/8/2011 and was promised a part would be set asside for my vehicle. On the night of the 7th crowley ford customer svc called me again to inform me that they have run out of parts AGAIN and i would have to reschedule. I explain to the represenative that this is the second time they have rescheduled me and even she was shocked, so by the end of the call i was told i would be put on notice for the next shippment of parts to come in. The next day i called crowley to try to get a time frame of when to expect my next appointment and customer service informed me that i was not on the waiting list!!! AND that the list was a hand written list on a piece of paper!!! This dealership is unprofessional, unfriendly, and evidently; under equipped as far as i would expect from a major dealership. So for anyone wondering how good crowley performs as a dealer, i recomend going anywhere but crowley. unless you have time to waste. - unsatisfied customer More
I was looking for a Service Center closer to home. Took my Escape in to Crowley for service. Offered shuttle to and from work. Shuttle didn't show after work. I had just had my heart broken by another Ford dealership that shall remain nameless. I had thought we had a deal but at the end they upped the final price on me considerably. That was when I contacted Crowley Ford via their internet sales department. I told them exactly what I wanted, and the price I was looking for. I even requested they fax me their quote. Within the hour I had the quote in writing line item for line item with the TRUE FINAL COST including everything from dealer conveyance fee, sales tax and the ammount that would end up being financed after my down payment. When I went their in person they were true to their quote. No hidden costs or fees. I am the kind of guy who lays all his cards on the table and I expect the same in return. So I appreciated this. As well, they were courteous and went out of their way to help me return my rental car which they did not have to do. I gave Crowley Ford the highest ratings because they gave me the lowest price of any dealership on my new Ford Focus. Also because they stayed 100% true to their price they quoted me. And finally because of their professionalism and the courtesy they extended me. In terms of purchasing a vehicle, this dealership has been my best experience yet. More
