They always greeted me and offered me water or coffee (it’s like they knew my caffeine addiction or something...) and were so kind. Nobody hounded me, nobody made me feel uncomfortable. A smile and some helpfulness goes a long way with me. I knew I immediately wanted to give them my business and they took care of me every step of the way.
