I was greeted by Patrick, who was super pleasant and assured me my car would be done in about 30 mins. I sat in the lobby for about an hour, and when my car was done Patrick came to get me and was extremely apologetic for the delay, explaining that there was nothing wrong with my car and that they had a computer issue. Due to the delay, he didnt charge me for the oil change. Even with the long delay, I would definitely come back again to get my oil changed just because of the friendly service of Patrick. He was great! More
