Painless Purchase Process!! I came into the dealership unsure of which direction I wanted to go in with regards to a different vehicle. I wasn't too excited about this as I'm not I came into the dealership unsure of which direction I wanted to go in with regards to a different vehicle. I wasn't too excited about this as I'm not great with decisions and getting a different car that you'll have for a few years you want something you enjoy driving. From the very beginning of the process I was extremely pleased because I did not feel pressure at all but the complete opposite, working with John was the easiest thing to do in what could be a stressful experience. I could have been swayed into one of the first cars we looked at and a sale would have been made but that wasn't the case, John was able to tell that it wasn't right yet and there was still some searching to do. It's reassuring knowing that you're working with someone that will listen to your concerns, take that information and then make it easy for you so there isn't room for second guessing because you just know after you've found the car that's right for you! I'm very lucky to have had such a simple and enjoyable experience. Joe was a big help as well as he was able to provide some additional thoughts and routes that I could take, he was able to work numbers with me in a rough draft type of way for me to better understand where I could go with options. Working with John and Joe together was a great experience! In the financing process I appreciate that Greg was truly on my side and made sure to do what was right for me. He made sure to work until he found the loan provider that was right for me and got the best rate he could. By Greg taking some extra time he was able to get me into a loan at a much lower percentage rate and I really am thankful for that! Walking into Center Subaru it's really a welcoming feeling without a doubt and it was a true joy to work with the team. I now look forward to the next time I decide to purchase a car because I know I won't dread doing it there. More
