Rather than try and pressure/persuade me into looking at models I knew I didn't want, Marysa truly listened to exactly what I said and was able to get me exactly what I wanted. She kept me extremely informed throughout the entire process- she let me know when the order was placed, when it arrived at the port, and when it was delivered to the dealership. Admittedly, I can be difficult to work with but Marysa was willing to look into/entertain any questions/requests I had. She followed up on questions very quickly, and was very upfront with what was and wasn't possible. There was no pressure whatsoever in the process. It was such a pleasure to work with Marysa. We were initially inclined to purchase a used Subaru Forester and Frank was very informative about the differences between the Forester and Outback. Frank patiently followed us through the whole buying process including assisting us on programming our cell phones to the car's bluetooth system! We also had the pleasant opportunity to work with Sales Manager, Joe Cabrera, and Business Manager, Spiro Mavredakis. Both of these gentlemen were also very informative and straight-forward in explaining details about the car-buying process and associated forms involved. Although I would never have chosen a dealership so far from my home ordinarily, I bought my first brand new car from Center without looking anywhere else. They sent a driver to pick me up (1 hour drive each way). The salesman was very considerate, friendly and low-key. The Forester was exactly what I wanted, ready for me to test drive. It will take much longer for me to get used to the new technology the car uses than it did for me to make up my mind to buy it. I have confidence that everyone at Center will cheerfully help me through the learning process. More
