STI Surprise Was in the market for buying a new STI. The specific car I was looking to buy from another dealer sold 3 days before I was going to express my interes Was in the market for buying a new STI. Got online and created exactly what it was that I was looking for in my STI (additional features). Literally within 20 minutes I was getting a response call from Center Subaru on a Saturday, surprise #1. Within a 5 minute phone conversation we had scheduled an appointment for me to go down that day in 2 hours from the time of the call to discuss with the sales rep, surprise #2. I show up for the meeting greeted by the sales rep, he had a print out of the car I had created so he knew exactly what I wanted. He asked how much flexibility I had, which unfortunately for the sales rep was none, as I knew exactly what I wanted. He reassured me that he would do his best to get me exactly what it was that I wanted. Within 30 minutes of the meeting he had notified me that the exact car I wanted was in CT, and that he was willing to negotiate with the other dealership to get it transported over in 2 days, surprise #3. The entire process was an efficient breeze, customer service was beyond outstanding. More

In contrast, Center Subaru gave me a very competitive price right out of the box without the usual "I'll have to ask my manager" ploy. No hard sell. The salesperson, Cody Santore, was terrific. He's down-to-earth, very personable and trusworthy. Best of all, he really knows cars -- having built his own from scratch -- so he can answer any question. His follow-up during the sales process and post-sale has also been excellent. More
