We worked with David Robinson, who could not have been more professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure, he accommodated every request regarding the test drive, in fact he let us take the cars on our own so we were free to comment on the ride without inhibitions. We started with a Crosstrek, then drove the Forester. Negotiations were straight forward and very amicable, we came away totally satisfied with the deal. When closing the deal and doing the paperwork, Dave Robinson and Kit Nan had everything ready. No pressure with extended warranties, which was a great relief. Kit laid out the options and then let my wife and me go through them and come to a decision. We chose the base level, coverage of the electronics and EyeSight system. He even sweetened the deal for us AFTER we came to our decision and never pushed us toward a higher level. I consider that the epitome of customer service and no pressure. The last note, before driving off the lot Dave and I sat in the Forester and he explained all aspects of instrumentation and the new electronics. He did not hurry through the tutorial, but was patient and answered every question clearly and thoroughly. He told us to come back any time with questions or concerns and Center Subaru and they would answer them all until we would be satisfied.
