After calling a few (and not crazy about the level of support) I called Central Subaru. Sure it was a shlep, but well worth every min and mile! Not only did their team (especially Joe Kolosky, Maria and Andy) take care of me from the time I called to when I drove off the lot, they made it a painless experience. Enjoyable, really.
