Not only did they have that exact car on the lot, but the number was in the ballpark the first time, and they hit a home run with the counter offer. So we drove away with a new car. Joe managed all the details, and the finance department handled everything superbly. Joe was very easy to deal with, and no problems at all for us. We will certainly buy a new car there again !
