Although the car needs a couple of minor repairs I wasn't told about, I still give them 4 stars as he was truthful about the car being in excellent condition. I've had the car for a few days and I am loving it. Only major disappointment is no warranty on the car, but it is a used vehicle. I would definitely recommend them! Mike Persechino was very helpful in helping me not only to make a choice on my vehicle but answering all my questions I had. Unlike any of the other salespeople from the other dealerships I had experienced, Mike Persechino actually listened to what I had to say and answered the questions that I had asked.. The sale process with such a large purchase can be uncomfortable; but I did not feel any anxiety with this purchase. When I picked up the car; all was in order as agreed to. Joe spent well over an hour with me on explaining the controls and a feature or two of the car that I otherwise, would never have known about. as such, I requested that Joe put Center Subaru plate brackets over both my front and rear license plates. And was able to drive away feeling very comfortable with my purchase. More
