I have an aversion to the car-buying experience, but as I discussed price and options, I felt Joe was fair. He went out of his way to find the color I wanted quickly, and he helped with making the transition to the new car (including plates, roof rack, synching up phones and garage door opener.) He's followed up with me about how it's working out, an experience I've not had with any other dealership or salesperson. He also was honest with me about what Subaru should have told me about maintaining the turbo in my previous car -- which had suddenly broken and ruined my engine and the trade-in value of my car. I would recommend Joe as a salesperson to my best friend. More

Overall, the staff at the dealership was so friendly and remembered us when we returned to the dealership; always a nice handshake and smile. George Coates even came in on his day off to accommodate the sale of the Ford!! Kit, the finance person, is awesome too...great personality and knowledgeable too. Neither of us felt pressured, everything was above board, and when we got down to discussing financing, everyone worked with both of us to get our payments where we wanted them to be, even to the point of a pleasant surprise when the monthly payment was lower than we originally thought it would be. The entire team from Sales to Finance to Service, even the guy shoveling snow out front, is polite and helpful. I took the train up from NYC to buy the car from Center Subaru and will be servicing it there. I scoured the internet for better deals, but Center Subaru delivers start to finish. These guys aren't in it just to make quick sales, this car is going to last forever, The service at this place just can't be matched. More

DADDY'S LITTLE GIRL Like any father I want my children to be safe and happy. I needed to replace an older vehicle and found a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon on the internet. I contacted Center Subaru and they had the car ready when we arrived. This was no easy task as we just had 18" of snow, but Chris Miller our sales associate had the car cleaned and sitting in front of the dealership when we arrived. This vehicle was for my 16 year old daughter and she fell in love with it right away. Fortunately the vehicle drove as well as it looked and Chris took note of our comments so that he could any minor issues prior to picking the vehicle up. Chris and his manager also worked with us on price and gave us a very fair price for our trade in. These efforts help me purchase a vehicle for my daughter without busting the bank, so everyone drove away happy.
