Car Purchase I had originally contacted Center Subaru by phone after coming across a 2012 Honda Civic online that I was interested in test driving. I spoke with Bi I had originally contacted Center Subaru by phone after coming across a 2012 Honda Civic online that I was interested in test driving. I spoke with Bill Gladvill (One of the Managers) and he was upfront and honest about the pricing. Instead of baiting me with fake numbers, he asked me to come by the dealership and see what we can do. Realizing that I was speaking with a respectable and honest manager, I agreed to stop by. Before hanging up the phone, Bill double checked to make sure the Honda Civic that I was interested in was still in their inventory. When I walked into Center Subaru, Mike Persechiro (sales) greeted me and introduced me to Bill who greeted me as if we had known each other for years. And this was not a "pretend" greeting. He was very sincere and he told me Mike will help me through the purchasing process. Mike has the keys the Honda Civic in his hand. He didn't hover over me, trying to make a sale. When it came down to the numbers, there were no games and there were no lies. I got the exact price I was looking for. When it was time for the paperwork, Mike invited my brother to sit at his desk and he asked if we needed anything. Having already made the sale, he could have moved on to the next customer. Instead, he made sure we were comfortable with everything. My experience at Center Subaru was more like an afternoon cup of coffee with friends, instead of a stressful and adversarial situation. I advised Joe what I was looking for. They did not have the color I wanted but he had me come in and test drive one. I loved it. Joe worked with Miles on a great price and finding me the color and options I wanted. I had the car within a week. Joe is a great guy, no pressure, easy to talk to and very genuine. This is a great dealership. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly. The dealings I had with the service dept. On my prior Subaru were great, and my wife also has a Subaru and she loves it also.
