Excellent service! This was our second oil change & tire rotation for our 2019 Subaru Outback. We had an 8:00 a.m. appt. & we arrived at 7:50 & our car was taken right i This was our second oil change & tire rotation for our 2019 Subaru Outback. We had an 8:00 a.m. appt. & we arrived at 7:50 & our car was taken right in. We were out by 8:50 which was exactly the amount of time we had been quoted. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly & timely. The waiting area was clean & comfortable for the wait. This is our 3rd Subaru purchased from Center Subaru & we could not be happier with the entire experience dealing with everyone there. They are also very conscious of the Covid virus & took every precaution to keep everyone safe. More

Great Experience I was once again very happy with the service department's handling of my issue (Clogged AC drain), from scheduling, to the convenience of a loaner car I was once again very happy with the service department's handling of my issue (Clogged AC drain), from scheduling, to the convenience of a loaner car, to assisting in removing the water that came inside as a result of the issue. My only criticism (and it is not that big of a deal) would have been after the tire rotation, they did not check the tire pressures and return them to the proper pressures. My tire pressure light came on within a couple days of the service and when I looked at the pressures, they varied quite significantly in each tire. More
