Intermittant failure to start My 2019 Subaru Outback was having battery problems, and when the battery was fully charged it would intermittently fail to start. Dealership was very My 2019 Subaru Outback was having battery problems, and when the battery was fully charged it would intermittently fail to start. Dealership was very cooperative but could not find a diagnostic solution until Service Rep Xyling Soto asked if my keys were ever left in the car (the car was in a locked garage every evening and the keys were always left in the car overnight). Apparently the keys would continually interface with the Outback's computer causing the battery to drain. Who would have thought?? Kudos to Xyling and to Center Subaru for figuring this out. Ms. Soto and the dealer were terrific! Now I'll wait and see if removing the keys from the Outback solves the problem. More

There was hand sanitizer available to use in several locations and everyone was wearing a mask (Covid-19), which I very much appreciated. The service took less time than I expected, which is always nice. The gentleman that I dealt with, Mark?, was very helpful. I had an issue with my side mirrors (which turned out not to be an issue, just my own ignorance) and he helped me with that. without making me feel like an idiot. I appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Center Subaru to anyone. More

Excellent Service- I had a recall on my 2019 Subaru Forrester during the Covid19 pandemic. I was very hesitant to bring my car in to get this service done. I actually postponed it for 3 months being in my 70's and not using the car as much as normal with the lockdown. I finally made an appointment to have recall done today. I was totally impressed with the efficiency and the cleanliness in which they handled the car from driving the car into service area to completing the recall. Center Subaru far exceeded my expectations. I will continue to drive to Torrington from Watertown to do all scheduled maintenance. There is a Subaru dealership in Watertown just 5 minutes from where I live but the drive to Center Subaru is well worth it! Diane Cipriano More
