Given the pandemic situation Id be lying if I didn't say I was nervous going in today - but as it turns out everything was just fine. Xylina always does a great job taking care of my needs and met my expec I was nervous going in today - but as it turns out everything was just fine. Xylina always does a great job taking care of my needs and met my expectations as usual but they also had all the sanitation procedures down to a science - all the touch points in my car and the loaner were plastic wrapped, employees masked, pens Clorox wiped before they handed them over - and the car was taken care of in exactly the time frame they said it would be when I certainly wouldn't have questioned a moderate delay.
