Recall notice this is the first time I have gone to Center Subaru. I received a recall notice for the passenger side air bag system. I was able to get an appointmen this is the first time I have gone to Center Subaru. I received a recall notice for the passenger side air bag system. I was able to get an appointment within two week (around my schedule). The employees who greeted me were friendly and helpful. The waiting area was clean and open, with a great coffee/snack station. Bathrooms convenient and clean. I was told when making the appointment that it would be approximately an hour and a half. It was exactly that. They notified me that I had 2 bulbs out and asked if I wanted them to replace them at a particular upfront cost. I declined and there was no pressure.My radio and info dash center was reset-with even more options than I had realized. I was totally happy with the experience. a shout out to Xylina for making the customer experience so smooth and professional. More
